What does it actually cost?+

Zero upfront. We only earn when you earn — a performance-based fee taken from booking revenue, deducted before your monthly payout. Exact percentage depends on property and market; we'll quote it during the free estimate call. No setup fee, no hidden subscription, no "tech stack" add-ons.

How do bookings actually happen?+

We list your property simultaneously on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, and 32 more channels. A unified calendar prevents double-bookings. Our AI pricing engine re-rates every listing every hour based on local demand, events, and competitive inventory.

Who handles guest communication?+

We do, 24/7. Real humans on our support team — not bots, not an automated flow. Check-in questions at 2am, lockout calls, late-checkout requests, noise complaints: all us. Our average response time is under 8 minutes.

What about cleaning and maintenance?+

We coordinate vetted local cleaning crews for every turnover, with quality photos sent back after each clean. Maintenance issues go through our dispatch — we have preferred handymen, plumbers, and electricians in every market we operate in. Costs pass through at our negotiated rate.

How fast can I go live?+

Typical onboarding is 7–14 days. The timeline depends on property condition and whether we need to coordinate photos, deep clean, or minor setup (linens, welcome kit, etc.). We tell you the exact path on the free call.

What if I already have bookings on Airbnb?+

We migrate them. Your existing bookings, reviews, and calendar transfer into our managed setup without loss of reputation. We've onboarded owners with thousands of existing reviews.

Which markets do you operate in?+

Currently active in the US, Canada, UK, Portugal, Spain, and Colombia, with new markets added based on owner demand. If your market isn't listed, mention it on the form — if we've already got infrastructure nearby, we can likely support you.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Standard agreements are month-to-month after an initial 90-day period. If it's not working, you walk — no exit fee. We'd rather lose you than trap you.
